You would lose your: -Settings -Knwledge base which stuff you have marked as learned in the 'learning helper' -Mod list no big deal if you aren't running any The easiest way to find that location is to go into the main options screen and press the button that says 'open save data folder' you will see the config folder, just delete the entire thing.
The other option is to delete that folder entirely, it will be re-created in default state at next game launch. I think it is somewhat obviously named, but haven't personally done this, so not sure.
